WE WILL TAKE YOUR OLD JUNK VEHICLE AND TURN IT INTO MEALS FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE IN NANAIMO.

An extension of our ‘Metal for Meals’ program, The Salvation Army has partnered with Mid-Island Towing to offer you this service.

We will pick up your old car, van or truck (free of charge) and turn it into scrap metal. The monies we raise will go to help provide the 90,000 plus meals we serve annually out of our community kitchen at 19 Nicol St. Nanaimo. (Small metal items may be dropped off at The Thrift Store, 1613 Bowen Road)

You will receive a tax receipt as well as the knowledge that you are cleaning up your yard, AND helping the less fortunate in your community at the same time!
How awesome!

Call Dee @ 250-754-9340

Please note:  A Donation Vehicle form must be filled out to affirm that you are the sole owner of the vehicle you intend to donate before we pick up.

All monies raised in Nanaimo, stay in Nanaimo!
